For the love of chocolate! Join us February 13th or 14th at the TR Tasting Room as we collaborate with Pastry Chef Christy Passannante to share basic chocolate making techniques.

Concepts that will be covered include ganache, truffles with various toppings, tempered chocolate and chocolate flowers, and modeling chocolate. The truffles and modeling chocolate will be hands on!

Upcountry Provisions will provide savory tapas to include hummus and toast points, side salad, and grilled chicken skewers with house made dips.

Complimentary Champagne will be available (pick up at the bar) as well as a suggested wine pairing from the TR Tasting Room.
